EXTENDED WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE PLAN

PLAN INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

1. Extended warranty
– The HIKMICRO product warranty is extended from 3-years (36 months) to 5-years (60 months)

2. Thermal Africa maintenance package
Out-Of-Box Checks
– Pre-shipping checks.
– Pre-configuration of suggested menu settings.
– Updated firmware version.
– (Elimination of out-of-box failures – Video/LRF).
Swop-Out Policy
– Swop-out of faulty product after assessment – 24-48 hours turnaround time
– Replacement unit can be sent directly to the client.

3. Pricing:
– 10% of the product dealer purchase amount, excluding VAT.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
– Applicable to the Outdoor product range only.
– Stock will be ready for collection 24 hours after order payment is received.
– EWM Package must be included in initial product purchase – cannot be added afterwards.
– In the case of no new model available a refurbished model will be supplied.
– In case of NO fault found, all courier fee’s will be for the customer’s account.
– Should the exact model not be available the model closest will be provided.
– Products sent back has to be in the original packaging and with all accessories.
– Thermal Africa’s technical report is final.

HIKMICRO Mini2Plus V2 Thermal Imager for Android Smartphones.

The Mini2 Plus features a manually adjustable focus, making it possible to inspect small objects like circuit boards or perform distant inspections of electrical or mechanical components. This adaptability makes the Mini2 Plus especially useful for professionals needing to inspect both near and far objects safely.

  • Type-C Port & Lightning Port. HIKIMICRO Mini2Plus V2 compatible with the latest iPhone15 series and Android devices. Equipped with Lightning to Type-C adapter suitable for iPhone14 and earlier models.
  • Super Clear Thermal Image. HIKIMICRO Mini2Plus V2 features a highly sensitive (NETD < 40 mK) VOx detector with a resolution of 256 x 192 (49,152) pixels, along with optimized image enhancement algorithms to provide clear thermal images.
  • Manual Focus. Equipped with a manual focus lens for inspection at various distances from 10 cm to 50 m. Viewing small objects like electronic components as small as 0.5 mm or viewing more distant objects like electrical or mechanical equipment that require a safe distance.
  • Accurate Temperature Measurements. Mini2Plus V2 accurately measures temperatures from -20°C (-4°F) to 400°C (752°F), with a temperature accuracy up to ±2°C / ± 2 %.
  • Innovative Macro Mode. The Mini2Plus V2 with its manual focus lens is capable of delivering stable, detailed views of objects as small as 340 microns, when used with an additional desk stand bracket. Furthermore, it is accurate at taking temperature readings on small items, like components on printed circuit boards and assemblies.
  • Battery-free. HIKIMICRO Mini2Plus V2 is battery-free so you’ll never need to charge it up or find a charger cable. It’s powered by your phone, designed to run on very little power to maximize your mobile device run time, and ready whenever you are.
  • Image & Temperature Measurement. HIKMICRO Mini2Plus V2 with PIP mode, Custom Palettes and 15 Preset Palettes, Video and Image Capture make it easier to work.
