Description
Yukon Solaris 10×50 WP Binoculars.
The Yukon Solaris 10×50 WP Binoculars is designed for demanding users who are looking for durable devices with large, several times magnification. To ensure proper surface brightness of the image, the binoculars are equipped with large-sized lenses with a diameter of 50 mm. The combination of both parameters makes the image delivered by Solaris binoculars very detailed and of very good quality.
Yukon Solaris 10×50 WP binoculars are the perfect universal binoculars with a classic porro design. It is characterized by the largest in the series, 10x magnification. This model is worth using for tasks requiring the greatest possible detail of images and large close-ups of viewed objects, regardless of their type. It can be used for natural and ornithological observations, as well as for admiring the details of a mountain landscape located in the distance. It is also ideal for astronomical applications, offering the ability to see even dimly lit stars and a very good star range. Due to the high magnification, it is recommended to make observations from a tripod, using the connector for the tripod adapter ¼” placed in the housing.
The optical system uses Porro prisms made of BaK4 glass, and the lens lenses are coated with multilayer MC type anti-reflection coatings. As a result, the image is bright, high-contrast, and the colour objects look extremely natural. To improve viewing comfort, this model uses profiled eyecups, effectively blocking the access of sidelight, which further increases the contrast of viewed objects during daytime observation.
The Yukon Solaris models are waterproof, meeting the requirements of the international waterproofing class IPX6. Their housings can withstand even complete flooding with up to 100 l/min or short-term submersion in water up to 1 m.
